Katie is a production designer based in New Mexico, though she is open to working just about anywhere.  She is a member of The Art Director's Guild, Local 800.

She studied Film at Vassar College, and production design felt like a natural fit for her creative talents.  She began her career in New York, designing independent films that found Festival success, including GIMME THE LOOT which won the Grand Jury Prize at SXSW 2012 and Sundance premieres including WE THE ANIMALS which won the NEXT Innovator Prize in 2018.  She also won a Documentary EMMY for her work on HBO's ALABAMA SNAKE.  She is continually inspired by collaborating with directors and telling stories together in new ways.
 

Katie's work has shown at film festivals including Sundance, Cannes, Venice, Berlinale, and more, most work available on streaming platforms.  She has worked in NYC, Upstate NY, Los Angeles, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, Miami, Alabama, Jamaica, and Ghana.
